We are here to provide the community with a comfortable environment that they can destress and relax with a cup of coffee and a kitty! We want to make sure that everyone has a safe place to go, full of people (and cats!) you can trust.
There are enough bars in our town where people can go to party, but we're here to offer a breath of fresh air where students can study, people can gather, and kitties can go to furrever homes!
We feel that the best way to ensure the happiness of both our kitties and their guests is to limit the number of visitors to 10 at a time.
There is no assigned seating in the Pawlor, so even with a reservation, spots are first come, first serve.
We will NOT be offering a regular menu, as our focus is furrever homes not food. There are a lot of other great spots to get a to go coffee, boba teas, smoothies and a meal on Center St!
BaristaCats WILL have a variety of prepackaged, grab n go snacks - vegan, keto, and gluten friendly! Along with our Signature Blend Coffee from Lake Geneva Coffee Roastery, A menu of Harney & Sons Teas, and Cadbury Hot Drinking Chocolate imported from England.

We are proud to announce that in addition to our own rescue services, we've pawtnered with MULTIPLE rescues across SE Wisconsin and Northern Illinois to help our mission achieve even more furrever homes!
We are able to process most Cat Adoptions on site, so if you fall in love while you're visiting, you can fill out an application and start the process!
We're proud members of the Whitewater Chamber of Commerce & Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce so we have a pawsitive impact on the community! As well as many other me PAWMAZING small buisnesses throughout the community, we enjoy working together and creating a safe environment to not only thrive but learn.
Most of our products in store are from local, or other small businesses, and we will continue to try to make connections and support those who deserve it most.
I owe my entire inspiration & idea to the wonderful cat cafés I visited across England while I was on my journey for the month of August in 2021. From the sweet Paddington and kitties at Cat Café in Liverpool to the loving Empress Matilda and crew at Coffee Cats in Lincoln; and so many more.
It left my so heart full and I came back to Wisconsin and said, we need more of these. So when I came home, I did some research and realized we only had two others in the state, I got to work.
We will work closely with many other local rescues. My goal is to help re-home and place as many kitties as possible. As we all know the greater need for this in our area. Getting cats the medical attention they need from spay and neutering to standard care is important as well as finding their furrever homes.
In the meantime, while we are helping cats, cats are helping us. Did you know, a cat purring on our lap has the same healing abilities as most drugs in the world, as the vibrations you’re receiving are purrre love and contentment! These same vibrations also help cats heal their own bones!! There’s been studies for decades showing the positive impact cats have for our mental wellbeing. From the positive calming effects of petting, to fulfilling your need for companionship or even have helped save owners lives in some situations.
These furry friends are pawtastik in so many ways. The list just goes on and on.
